My husband and I were in the market for a used MDX. Bruce was absolutely fantastic. He treated us so kindly and although we weren't making a "big" purchase, he never made us feel less important. Shortly after our purchase, I was in an accident with the MDX (slippery roads in Syracuse, NY). Fabian and his team did an outstanding job with the repairs and helped walk us through the insurance process. We love our MDX and have a peace in knowing we can count on Crest for ongoing maintenance and service. Best of all, they do it with integrity and character.

I have been driving an Acura for the past 8 years. Not only do I love my Acura (every one I had), but the dealership is just wonderful. The service is exceptional, and I can't say enough nice things about it. Everyone always goes out of their way to be exceptionally nice and helpful. I would recommend the car because it's great, but it's the service that you come back again and again for, so to always be above and beyond satisfied is fabulous.

The 2013 Acura TL luxury performance sedan is among the first vehicles to receive the highest possible safety rating of TOP SAFETY PICK+ from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) under its more-stringent testing guidelines that now include the new small overlap frontal crash test. The IIHS small overlap frontal crash test is designed to simulate a collision between a vehicle and a fixed object, such as a tree or utility pole, where only 25 percent of the vehicles front structure is engaged by the opposing object.

In addition to the TL achieving TOP SAFETY PICK+ rating, four additional Acura vehicles have received TOP SAFETY PICK ratings from the IIHS. The Acura ILX, TSX, MDX and RDX have all earned the top rating of GOOD in all four rating areas, including the more rigorous roof-strength test.

The new IIHS small overlap frontal crash test involves a collision between a fixed five-foot-tall rigid barrier and a vehicle traveling at 40 miles per hour. This frontal impact test focuses stress on a narrow section of the vehicle, outside of the side frame, which is typically the primary energy absorbing structure in frontal crashes, and requires a strong cabin structure. According to a 2009 study by the IIHS, small overlap crashes accounted for nearly 25 percent of frontal crashes resulting in a serious injury or fatality. The Acura TL was the first of two vehicles to achieve the highest rating of GOOD in the small overlap frontal crash test.

Acura's "Safety Through Innovation" initiative is based on the brand's commitment to make safety a top element in every new vehicle that Acura builds. As such, Acura is in the process of incorporating the next generation Advanced Compatibility Engineering II (ACE II) body structure to all fully redesigned models. This reinforced front frame structure provides further enhanced frontal crash energy management through a wider range of offset and oblique crashes. The result of such efforts should increase occupant protection while also increasing the likelihood of achieving a GOOD rating in the IIHS new frontal small overlap crash testing, with new Acura model introductions moving forward. The all-new 2014 Acura RLX flagship sedan coming to market in early 2013 will be the first to utilize the next-generation ACE II body structure.

All models in the current Acura line up utilize the Advanced Compatibility Engineering (ACE) body structure. ACE is an exclusive body design that enhances occupant protection and crash compatibility in frontal crashes. The ACE design utilizes a network of connected structural elements to distribute crash energy more evenly throughout the front of the vehicle. This enhanced frontal crash energy management helps to reduce the forces transferred to the passenger compartment.

Standard safety equipment on all Acura models includes Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA) with traction control, ABS, dual-stage/multiple-threshold front airbags, front-side airbags, side curtain airbags for all outboard seating positions, front seatbelts with automatic tensioning system and load limiters, Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) and Daytime Running Lights (DRL).

Acura Season of Reason - Dr. Phil

Acura Season of Reason - Dr. Phil

The 2012 Acura TL has earned a top-level rating of GOOD in the new Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) small overlap frontal barrier crash test, designed to simulate a collision between a vehicle and a fixed object, such as a utility pole, where only 25 percent of the vehicle's front structure is engaged by the opposing object. The TL was one of only two vehicles to achieve the highest rating of GOOD among a group of ten models that were the first to be tested under this rigorous new crash test protocol.

"Acura is working continuously to advance the safety performance of our vehicles and to provide high levels of occupant protection through smart technology and vehicle design," said Art St. Cyr, vice president of Corporate Planning and Logistics. "As one of the very first vehicles to achieve a GOOD rating in this new test, Acura illustrates the leadership of our vehicles in key areas that are important to our customers."

The new IIHS test involves a collision between a fixed five-foot-tall rigid barrier and a vehicle traveling at 40 miles per hour.

In addition to the Acura TL's frontal body structure, the front and side curtain airbags played an instrumental part in protecting the occupant from serious injury. According to the IIHS, "The Acura TL's front and side curtain airbags worked well together to keep the head from coming close to any stiff structures or objects that could cause injury."

Acura is in the process of incorporating the second generation of its Advanced Compatibility Engineering (ACE) body structure. This reinforced front frame structure provides further enhanced frontal crash energy management through a wider range of offset and oblique crashes. The result of such efforts will provide the capability to achieve a GOOD rating in the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety's (IIHS) new frontal small overlap testing, with new Acura model introductions moving forward.

Acura's "Safety Through Innovation" initiative is based on the brand's commitment to leadership in safety and excellent safety is a paramount element in every new vehicle that Acura builds. The initiative's goal is for all Acura models to provide a high level of safety.

My Acura broke down making a long trip just outside of Syracuse. They got me in immediately even though late in the day and tried figuring out the problem. There was a lot of confusion and difficulty finding out what was wrong because of the complexity of the issue but Joe and the staff did a great job keeping me informed and also loaned me a vehicle so I wasn't stuck for 2 days. They eventually got the issues resolved and took great care of me and were able to save me potentially a couple thousand of dollars. Joe provided great service where there was an easy opportunity to take advantage of an out of towner in desperate need of help. Crest Acura did a fantastic job and I really appreciate the quality work and service they provided.

It's business in the front, party in the back for this 2013 Acura ILX ad that premieres June 4.

The dual personality commercials try to show you that this new compact luxury sports sedan fits into all of the aspects of a person's life or, at least two: Work and play.

The pair of commercials - of course, there are two - walk you through two young executives' lives, showing how they aggressively make decisions, flirt with beautiful women and perfectly balance work with play. Then just over half way through the 30-second commercial, they catch a respite from their busy and exciting lives by hopping into their ILX.

We think what Acura really needs is a split-screen of the same guy looking at his Facebook page at work, then looking at his Facebook page at home before heading outside to take another picture of his ILX... for Facebook.

Scroll down to check out both ads.
